Fufillment Policy
The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") administers the use of the putyourcapon.com website and services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at the putyourcapon.com website (the "Website"). The Website is owned and operated by pending Put Your Cap On, LLC ("Put Your Cap On LLC"). The Website is offered subject to your (the "User" or "you") acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be modified and published from time to time on the Website by Put Your Cap On LLC – including, Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy and others.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website.
Put Your Cap On LLC offers a refund policy adhering to the policies mentioned.
1 | Access and User Information
In order to purchase services on the Website, the User may fill the contact form on the Website (including filling out all required personal information). The User must notify Put Your Cap On LLC immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of its account.
Put Your Cap On LLC may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Put Your Cap On LLC may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict User's access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User certifies to Put Your Cap On LLC that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is at least 18 years of age. The User also certifies that it is legally permitted to use the Website, and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.
2 | Modifications
Put Your Cap On LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User's acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.
3 | Online Payment Security
Put Your Cap On LLC uses the secure Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Put Your Cap On LLC or any outside party.
All transactions are performed inside the secure Payment Gateway and are further protected by those respective parties inside their own data security policies.
4 | Payments and Fees
Put Your Cap On LLC may save User’s credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies Put Your Cap On LLC otherwise through an email to bexs@putyourcapon.com
By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. Put Your Cap On LLC may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at Put Your Cap On LLC's sole discretion. Put Your Cap On LLC will not be liable to User or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in the U.S. Dollars. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Website and Services.
5 | Refunds
Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to both you and us.
Please see below for more details regarding refunds for our digital courses and services as we develop them. These are subject to change as products are developed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may initiate a refund.
All refund requests for courses and ebooks must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
1:1 Coaching:
Once you have enrolled in 1:1 coaching with Bexs we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final.
Sponsership of Hat Tricks Newlsetter:
For sponsors of "Hat Tricks" Newlsetter, please be aware that due to the timing, availability, and reservation of dates, we cannot accommodate cancellations or rescheduling. As such, we do not offer refunds for any reason on sponsorships of "Hat Tricks" Newlsetter. This policy is to ensure fairness and transparency for all our sponsors and to maintain the scheduling integrity of the newsletter.
General Refund Process
To initiate a refund for eligible courses, please email customer service at bexs@putyourcapon.com. After we receive your request, we will process it accordingly.
Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take an additional 10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

6 | General
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, relationship, etc. is intended or created by this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have all the necessary permits to grant us with User’s personal data to fulfill this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.
