Founder
Hey there! I’m Bexs Nelson, the driving force behind Cap On Careers. If you're a customer service or retail professional feeling stuck or threatened by the rise of AI, you're in the right place. I know firsthand how daunting it can be to pivot careers, especially when you're not sure where to start. Not only did I transition into Project Mangagement (twice!) but I have helped several folks through mentorship do the same. And I want to help more.
That’s why I created Cap On Careers – to help you navigate the transition into a rewarding and joy-fueled career in Project Management.
My Journey
With 10 years of experience as a project manager, I’ve helped numerous small businesses and solopreneurs launch and thrive. I understand the challenges of having to shove on your hat and figure out exactly how the heck to transition. I know how to build a career the ground up using your untraditional background as the asset it is. Now, I’m here to guide you on your journey, using the same strategies and insights that have fueled my success and the success of many of my mentees.
